Education Unit Launches Mentorship Program to Empower Students
The Education and Innovation Unit at University of Nigeria, Nsukka has introduced a groundbreaking mentorship program designed to support students academically and professionally. The initiative pairs students with experienced mentors, including alumni, industry professionals, and faculty members, to provide guidance, career advice, and personalized learning strategies. The program aims to enhance student success, foster leadership skills, and create a strong network of support within the unit. Early feedback from participants has been overwhelmingly positive, with many students praising the program for its impact on their confidence and career readiness. This initiative reflects the unit’s commitment to holistic education and student development.
The Education Innovation Unit, Vice-Chancellor’s Office, UNN is inviting all eligible students for a 3months/6months IT program for the 2026 cohort.

These trailblazing students, who were the second to enroll in the unit’s specialized program, have successfully completed their studies, marking a significant milestone for the institution. The graduation ceremony, held on 21st January 2025, was attended by faculty, families, and distinguished guests who applauded the graduates for their dedication and achievements.
